We are seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to own and scale our end-to-end marketing function within a B2B SaaS environment in Australia and NZ. This is a senior standalone role with clear accountability for pipeline, conversion and revenue impact.

You will manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, drive lifecycle marketing and automation, execute GTM strategies, and optimise full-funnel performance.  This role is about growth, measurable outcomes and building scalable systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Optimise HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows,automation, lifecycle stages, attribution, reporting)

- Drive lead generation, nurture, retention andcross-sell programs working to established KPI’s

- Build full-funnel, behaviour-triggered automation journeys

- Execute B2B SaaS GTM strategies aligned to revenue targets

- Improve SEO, paid media, landing page conversion and digital ROI

- Identify pipeline gaps and deploy corrective campaigns

- Investigate /Create above the line opportunities, through articles, events and thought leadership initiatives

- Develop content, case studies and commercially focused messaging

- Website optimisation and marketing asset development

- Build dashboards tracking Awareness → Closed Won performance

- Report on MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC influence and marketing-driven revenue

- Manage launch of new products/upgrades

- Lead part-time design/web resources and manage external agencies

- Partner with leadership and sales teams to drive predictable growth What We’re Looking For

- Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience an advantage

- Advanced hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise

- Strong lifecycle marketing and pipeline influence track record

- Deep understanding of full-funnel performance marketing

- Experience as a sole marketer or in a lean growth team

- Strong digital execution skills (SEO, paidmedia, CRO, UTM tracking)

- Strong ROI focus

- Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership

- Experience managing agencies and external partners
